Formic Acid Solution 1.0M (1.0N): An aqueous solution of formic (methanoic) acid which has many applications including buffering solutions. Manufactured with ultra purified water (resistivity >18 MΩ.cm). Higher concentrations may be used as mitrocides, preservatives, adjustment agent in chromatography and in leather/tanning industry. Every batch is QC assayed before leaving the facility and certificates of analysis are available upon request.

Comprehensive Quality Control: All raw materials and concentrates are strength-checked on receipt, supplier batch C of A’s are verified to specification, water quality is monitored daily and tested monthly, and testing is conducted at the point of manufacture.
